Polar bears climbing over taxis covered in water

This year's Faculty Fellows celebration featured a caption contest led by Wendy Wolford, ACSF Associate Director for Economic Development. This year's contest image (view full image) showed polar bears walking across the tops of of taxis flooded by hurricane Sandy in Hoboken, NJ.

New ACSF Fellow, Prof. Donald Fredericksen (PMA), provided the winning caption:

  • “Who would have guessed this is what was underneath the ice!”

The other entries were:
