Kevin Portnoy
Kevin Portnoy is the Chief Financial Officer of Landis Technologies, a fintech company focused on expanding access to homeownership through tailored coaching and an innovative rent-to-own model. He brings over 20 years of experience in capital markets, with deep expertise in structured finance, asset-backed investments, and scaling financial platforms.
Prior to joining Landis, Kevin served as Managing Director at FirstKey, a Cerberus Capital subsidiary, where he led investment strategy and acquisitions across residential, consumer, and clean energy loan portfolios. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at PennyMac, Capital Crossing, and Lehman Brothers.
Kevin has significant experience in governance and mission-driven initiatives. He serves on the board of Selfhelp and is Vice Chairman of the Selfhelp Realty Group, organizations dedicated to providing affordable housing and supportive services to elderly individuals and Holocaust survivors in New York City.
Kevin holds an MBA from New York University and a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
